Money back
The product is a subject of 30 days money back guarantee.
If within this period you are somehow are not satisfied with our product or simply change your mind you may return our product for a refund (15% restocking fee is applied ).
SHIPPING FEE NOT REFUNDABLE.
The returned product must be in a perfect condition with red plastic on the back of the parts not removed.
ANY INSTALLED PARTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ANY CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Warranty
Cardashtrim, Inc. has a Limited Lifetime warranty due to manufacturer defects.
Warranty doesn't cover the defects due to improper installation, abuse, neglect, use of silicone, "armor all" type of products, cleaners or dressings, or any other failure due to out of ordinary and reasonable consumer use.
Returns
For every claim prior to returning the parts please contact us by email for verification. For each claim under this warranty please return the parts (using your returning form).
Damaged product
If product has been damaged or mishandled by UPS during shipment you must contact your local UPS office within 48 hours after delivery and file the claim. Please email us after you file the claim with UPS.
New product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the confirmation from UPS.
UPS supposed to pick up the damaged product after you file the claim do not return damaged product to Cardashtrim Inc.
Shipping
If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is guaranteed to be shipped the next business day.
Usually dash kits take 3-7 business days to manufacture before they are shipped out.
Total Delivery Time = Time to Manufacture + Shipping Time
Cardashtrim, Inc., ships all of its products by UPS Ground.
